Not if you overseed in the fall and use weed/feed/turf builder 4 times a year. This is the third time I have mowed already.
Because it’s clear the SECT didn’t matter in 2022 when we should have been a 2 seed instead of a 3. We beat UK twice that year and had a very similar resume, and they got a 2. Duke also got a 2 with ours being comparable. It’s ok to admit that the committee changes their parameters, and human bias is part of it.
I try my best to hold off until April, but we've had so much rain lately, I'll probably have to break down and do it b4 that.
I liked every thing trimmed up nice and neat.........![]()

It was so dry last fall the lawn was toast, I am trying to basically reno the lawn this spring..tough to do and threw out Tenacity for pre-emergent, but it only lasts 30 days and a lot of weed pressure. 10 days out from seeding and still waiting for germination, lol.I put a lot of money and effort into making my yard look nice. Mrs. Glitch helps out a ton too.
The NET site currently says it is updated through yesterday and UNC is #7.NET hasn't been updated yet, but this is probably why UNC is the 4th #1
NET: 7 (will go up)
Record: 25-6
Quad 1: 7-4
Quad 2: 6-2
Quad 3/4: 12-0
Notable wins: vs Vols, OU, Duke x2
Worse loss: Georgia Tech
Vols
NET: 5 (may not change, but could drop)
Record: 24-7
Quad 1: 7-6
Quad 2: 6-1
Quad 3/4: 11-0
Notable wins: Illinois, Bama x2, at Kentucky, Auburn, at South Carolina
Worse loss: South Carolina
UNC with the head to head probably puts them over as well. I think had we won we might have gotten it, but would have probably been a debate then too for the same reason. UNC has a better resume than Arizona so I'm won't be as annoyed if it's them.
My pit mix was fear aggressive until I realized that he didn’t think he had an alpha and it stressed him out. I became his first alpha. Then my wife became his second in command. Her cat Muffin showed him that he was #4 in our pack. When my son was born, he happily occupied the 5th spot. He passed away when my daughter was too little.I have owned them all my life. None have been aggressive but they damn sure were protective. You have to be the alpha. If you let the dog be the alpha, many breeds can be uncontrollable. I have been around a lot of other breeds much more aggressive than pitbulls.
That's the thing about NET...can't tell about margins. That's crazy... Arizona loses badly to USC and doesn't drop even a single spot in NET? And UNC has a huge road win and stays at 7?
I know they've said conference tournaments don't matter, but I'm curious if the final 1 seed will come down to how well UNC and Vols do.
