One thing I noticed too was we had only committed 3 team fouls so we could have fouled as soon as she caught the ball and wasted some time off the clock. And by the time the next pass was inbounds there wouldn’t have been enough time for a quality shot. Piss poor coaching if you ask me.

You guys are failing to mention that they never should have fouled at all. It was going to be a half court heave at best while being defended. Game was over, they wouldn’t have hit that shot. Stupid as they come man. Disgraceful. Then you let them reset, inbound the ball into the front court much further up court than they would have ever got. Then decide not to guard the inbounder, then do not foul again, then do not guard a wide open shooter that resulted in a practice 3pt shot that every player shoots and can make. Vomit inducing! Adios Harper!

It’s been reported that he got in CTV’s doghouse. Don’t know the details. I hate it for the young man but he’s no longer on the team.

Yeah that entire last defensive possession should be a “How To” on how to not play defense in that situation. Everything was the exact opposite of what should have occurred. That’s 100% coaching.

I assume it had to do with his injury...they never could quite determine the problem. Hate for him and us.

I wouldn’t trust McCarthy. Dude was carried by that defense and running game the entire time he was QB at Michigan. Put him with any other average team and he might be an undrafted free agent.

I’m sure there will be a hefty fine and suspension. Managers are held to a higher standard since they aren’t the ones playing the game and getting caught up in the heat of battle. They are suppose to be more reserved than that.
