War in Ukraine

Looks like our Bradley's are meeting the same fate as the M1 Abrams. Videos of Russian troops joking about the ease at which Bradleys and M1s are destroyed, are interesting. Another "game changer" that ended up not being so.
It is war with bombs. Abrams and Bradley’s were game changing in face of what Ukraine already had. Everything can and will be destroyed in war. Silly comments.

Tanks are only valuable when used effectively. France had more tanks than Germany in 1940 but it did them no good with how they deployed their tanks. Air Superiority also heavily impacts the ability to use armor as tanks are nice targets for air attacks.

The only way to defeat Russia is to send troops on the ground. it may be fine and good to supply weapons but if there are no soldiers to use them, it does no good. how long can Ukraine last in a long war?

not our concern, not worth our lives. stay the hell out. Not boots on the ground, no planes in the skies, no combat missions, no nothing.

Russian expansion is definitely our concern, I don’t see how you can say it’s not.

That would be like Iran invading Iraq or North Korea invading South Korea and saying it’s not our concern.

Whether it’s worth putting troops on the ground, sure, that worth a discussion, but a near peer threat pushing West is definitely concerning.

They’re a long way from that.
When Europe can’t contain this temper tantrum then it becomes on our radar.

Fair. Although a Ukraine occupied by Russia puts Russian troops directly on the doorstep of American soldiers, and I’m sure no one (well, maybe a few,) wants that. However, saying Russia invading Ukraine isn’t our concern just isn’t true.

Who’d have thought the Democrat tribe would be the war hawks? Nice to see you come out in favor of more needless US service member deaths in a foreign land fighting a conflict that’s non of our business

Of course it's our business. Were World Wars 1 and 2 our business? The world would be a very different and dark place had we not
fought for freedom and democracy in Europe in those conflicts. Fortunately, we have bigger minds with broad historical perspective making decisions and not MAGA and the fraudulent, corrupt gangster.
