Folks have said this all year, if refs weren't embarrassed, Edey would get a call nearly every possession. Painter ofc has repeated this, to deaf ears. They treat him like Bill Russell. Guys get away with it because Edey is so big, but they're having to do everything in their power to try and slow him down.

Just because Shaq can tap you and you go flying, doesn't mean it's a foul on Shaq. But you could throw your whole body at him and not move him...slap his arms every time...no effect...yet a foul is less likely to be called.

Effect vs fouls. Can't punish big guys for being bigger and stronger. They're allowed the same moves as anyone else. But they also accept a alot of the crap thrown at them by the smaller guys.

DK did a great job to make it into a conversation.

Realistically, as I believed weeks ago, he needed the last 6+ games to be 40+ bangers to light up the convo to a legit race.

Edey will still end up with more PPG, 7 more boards/game and DPOY contender.

DK was the more big-time scorer. But lack of defense prowess...an extra stat category leaves him behind by a fair bit. As an all-around CBB player. Will be a better pro though, Edey isn't made for today's NBA game imo.

Doubt DK cares too much, lose the battle win the war. And maybe we outdo Purdue, I think he'd take that over an award. Very selfless and wants to win.

According to the story, folks should be praising Eve. God put them in an existence of ignorance and she freed all of humanity, for the entire time since, from that.

We owe our free will to her act of defiance(?)

Have seen as him as a late 2nd rder...but not everywhere.

Ofc he's a true freshman and someone could see potential...but idk. Probably more for the immediate marketing money and making a play on long-term potential.

He was a ~top 40 pick. Throw in international players and he was a borderline draft-worthy player to begin with.

She was not ignorant of the consequence and did she not already have free will to partake?
