Jaylen wright was likely going to end up on a nfl roster, somehow. Then he added 15-20 lbs of muscle. Lost zero step. Took over the starting role. And might find himself getting drafted late in the first round. Good for you bud.
Doubt he goes first round, but second day became highly possible.

If Joe runs the 40 well at the combine there’s a good chance some scouts show up to pro day and ask him to run drills for TE. And that puts him in a lose/lose situation

Sup fellas. Mostly just lurk here in the RF and participate in the occasional "worry circle" but I actually have a question i have asked before elsewhere and nobody could ever answer so....

Does anyone know whats going on with WR Nathan Leacock?

He was the highest rated WR in his class at UT....75th ranked recruit OVERALL from the Raleigh area. Tall, fast, and expected to contribute obviously with a ranking that high. But he seriously disappeared. We see Nimrod, we even see Webb from the same WR class....but never see Leacock. Ever. Did he get hurt? Have a family/personal problem and need time away from football? Hell even practice squad guys like Jancek get snaps when Leacock does not. Thats not supposed to happen with a high 4* kid ranked 75th in his class. It just isnt. Dude has been a ghost since he got here but I havent seen anyone that knows why?

Also...I get that sometimes guys and especially WR are "late bloomers" and arent ready to contribute until they are upperclassmen. Even Hyatt didnt really break out until his Junior year. I get it. But Hyatt saw snaps as a Fr/So and we heard and read little things about him hear and there. Leacock has had none of the above. Does anyone know what's up with him? I had really high hopes for the kid from over here in NC...I still do. Hopefully he breaks out soon and is a factor in our passing game? We just brought in 2 beastmode WR in this 24 class though that would seem to be pushing him further down the depth chart?
Webb and Leacock were not in the same class.

K. Which secondary guy with a low round grade going into Indy, skipped an opportunity to create buzz at a pageant packed with guys making boards? That’s one hack sports management group!
There is no way for me to prove that just like there is no way to prove the opposite….They combine can help a prospect but it can also hurt an athlete…. You only run if you feel it will help you…. They are accentuating his positives…. Did you see his deep throws? You mentioned Anthony Richardson…. He would have ran if he would run a time like Richardson.

Yes his throws are impressive without a rush from a 300 pound Defensive End breathing down his neck..

He is just trying to trick someone into being super impressed with his physical talent that they invest a guaranteed contract in him bc they feel they can make him into a qb.

That is literally not a thing for anybody except some idiot UT fans. He has zero lateral quickness or lateral agility. He would not be able to get open vs a DT in the NFL. Nobody at the NFL level has spent 1 split second of thought about him playing TE.
