here is what I am supposed be doing according to printout from surgical center

-- to not remove dressing to wound until Friday. Shower allowed if it wound appears to be OK
-- to not lift more than gallon of milk, to not bend, and to not twist.
-- adult beverages were off limits until Tuesday
i think shoutin is allowed

also
had first uninterrupted sleep since 2/14 -- day i forgot my soccer cleats

if all OK Friday, I can try to pick up the activity, but it's too hilly in our neighborhood to venture out for what i consider a short walk.

ever since I stopped jogging and then walking thru our neigh]bor hood, I turned to a flat walking trail that was constructed several years ago along a flat lakeside trwas constructed from neighborhood association dues. It is a 0.4 mile drive from our home. I will be there Saturday
