I'm curious why you think RFK Jr is the best candidate for POTUS outside of he's not like the others? I agree with the rest of your post btw.

He has views that both sides can identify with. Plus he's smarter than both the other candidates even if you add their iq's and square it. I believe he knows how to think critically about the issues which is something we haven't had in a very long time. I disagree with several of his views but think he could at least get us moving toward respectability again. Of all the candidates his 4yrs is the least likely to turn into a circus

Just watch his multiple long form interviews and imagine those being done by Trump or Biden.

I still have never said fired. He should have consolidated the WH response under Pence's team and controlled the narrative. He chose to allow Fauci to speak every night on national broadcast from behind the potus seal. He chose to allow others to run with their own stories and solutions. It was an absolute failure in leadership and should demonstrate why the man is not fit to lead. Not to mention his manner of speaking has devolved so much he now sounds like someone ordering from a drive thru for the first time. The distance between him and RFKjr is light years

Appreciate the thorough response. I'm watching him closely and like you, agree with some of his policies and disagree with others. Overall, he's the best we can hope for currently.

Gavin Newsom is the best bet if Baden fails the nomination. I see that as a very slim potential. If Biden's age causes him to withdraw from active Presidential officiating, Harris has to step up. I'm open to this.
