Owes more than $500 million in legal penalties right now--and more to come. I could go on. Try to grasp the reality of the lowlife that is Trump. MAGA are scary.

But Obama, 60, lead the group, receiving 20% support among a list of options that also included Vice President Kamala Harris, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, “none of the above” and “not sure.”

Most Democrats – 27% – selected “none of the above,” the poll found.

Costas sounds like an emotionally unhinged woman. I'm not in the Trump cult as I have said he was largely an ineffective President but he is still better than any GOP Presidential candidate since Reagan. A pretty low bar that he clears with ease.

Democrats can stick their head in the sand about a lot of things, but one thing that gets their attention every time is when it's clear the person they voted for is a laughing stock world wide and they are unable to hide it.

You might be right but it went hand in hand with # 2.

My 88 year old mother lives in an ALF, five total residents and two nurses. About 6 weeks ago, all five got covid. One died. One just got released from the hospital. All of those surviving are showing signs of long-covid. For the elderly it really can be terminal, or certainly make them susceptible.

You’re going to sit here and argue closing schools was a good idea? Children were at near zero risk.

Closing parks and beaches was nothing more than big government overreach, that bordered on tyrannical.

Yes, the elderly (and the obese) are more susceptible to illness.
Good thing some decided to tank the entire global economy over it….

1. We will not be able to afford a majority of what we import and would not have the domestic workforce or resources to bring production back home
2. Overseas military will not be sustainable
3. Standard of living for Main St USA will fall
4. Rising crime and moral decay
5. Heterogenous society that will be in constant conflict with each other. No cohesive state... which will lead to the break up of the state
6. Expect anything from the gradual collapse of the UK Empire after WWI (best case scenario) or a rapid decline that we saw in the USSR (one of several worst case scenarios).

Way more than half of Dems want to boot Biden, that combined with the fact that way more than half of Repubs are not in favor of booting Trump is proof that dems are smarter.

Hindsight is always 20/20. I think this is probably one of the most unfair criticisms of Trump during that time.

Had Trump fired Fauci (which would have been justified ~May 2020), the mainstream media would have given him a microphone anyways and still been pumping out his nonsense. I say May 2020 because I don't think that anytime before then would have been reasonable based on what we knew at the time. It was a novel virus. Trump's gut instincts was wanting to have normality return at Easter 2020, but the momentum of the states acting to the contrary were against him. Also take note and give him credit for not trying to take extra-Constitutional powers during that time, which would have set a terrible precedent that Biden would have been able to expand on a year later.

I'm by no means saying Trump is perfect, because he is far from it. But he is simply the leader we deserve right now and the best available option, with RFK Jr a (relatively) close second.
