2024 Presidential Race

I really don't know. I honestly would be happy with Michelle.
I just don't think Biden has four years left in him. Plus, if Biden isn't running, you can use age against Trump.
80+ is simply to old. I've never known a person over 80 who is as mentally lucid and clear thinking as they once were.
Gavin Newsom is the best bet if Baden fails the nomination. I see that as a very slim potential. If Biden's age causes him to withdraw from active Presidential officiating, Harris has to step up. I'm open to this.

How is Harris qualified? I mean, she only has her current job, bc of her race and sex.

And how economically could you support Gavin? Do you know their states problems? Yea lets have that level of dumbass in charge. Broke AF

Which are the poorest states in America? Oh, now I remember---9 of 10 are red States, 8 or so in the South.

Yeah, let’s trot the Border Czar out there to run the country and hope like hell she’s infinitely better at that than she’s proven to be at her present job. Geez, how completely disastrous are we striving for here? “hope” is not a strategy.

Trump's former Deputy Press Secretary talks about her former boss:

Occupy Democrats

@OccupyDemocrats

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets disastrous campaign news as one of his former staffers goes on the warpath and torches him as "more unhinged" than ever and says that he has become "Hitler-esque" in a brutal new takedown.

But it gets even worse for Trump..."Obviously, Donald Trump’s first four years in office were marked by lots of controversies, but I think that type of rhetoric that he’s using today, it’s really concerning. It’s almost Hitler-esque in a way," said Sarah Matthews, the ex-staffer. "Especially when he talks about things like immigration, saying things like ‘poisoning the blood of our country.'"She made the remarks during an interview on MSNBC's "Inside with Jen Psaki" and said that Trump has "gotten more unhinged in his rhetoric."

Matthews previously served as Trump's deputy press secretary but resigned in disgust just hours after the Capitol insurrection. She later testified before the January 6th committee, saying that she was "disturbed" by what happened."

I mean, he’s trying to prey on people’s worst instincts and get them angry and riled up and that’s something he tends to do, but it’s just the rhetoric that he’s using is really concerning to me now," Matthews said in the new interview."You just have to look at what he’s saying and pay close attention when he says things like he’s going to be a ‘dictator on day one,’" she said."And not even just his words. He showed us already what a second Trump term would look like," Matthews went on. "By the way, his first term ended because look, he cannot accept the fact that he lost in 2020 to Joe Biden, so then he tried to overturn a free and fair election and helped incite an insurrection on our nation’s capital."

"I have said that if it is a choice between Donald Trump and Joe Biden in a general election, that even if I don’t agree with the policies of President Biden, that I would put policy aside and I would cast my vote for him for democracy," she added. "Because I look at Donald Trump, and this is someone who has shown us he will not uphold the Constitution. And so, there is no question in my mind then that I would be voting for Joe Biden," she went on.

She mentioned Republican candidate Nikki Haley as well and said that while she's is losing to Trump, the fact that she garnered 40% of the primary vote in South Carolina "shows there is a faction in the Republican Party that wants to leave Donald Trump behind and so it gives me hope for the future."

Hopefully we can all put the days of Donald Trump behind us soon. We need more Trump officials to show this kind of courage and start telling the truth about their fascist boss. Democracy is on the line.

Now, the states perceived as the richest (after consideration for the respective cost of living) are Utah, Virginia, Minnesota, Illinois and Colorado. The poorest include Hawaii, Oregon, Maine, California and New York.

The bottom ten--all but one red and all but two Southern. Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Georgia.....

This post exemplifies why this country is in bad shape.

A person would have to have a low index quotient to not see the photoshop which includes different backgrounds.

Hindsight is always 20/20. I think this is probably one of the most unfair criticisms of Trump during that time.

Had Trump fired Fauci (which would have been justified ~May 2020), the mainstream media would have given him a microphone anyways and still been pumping out his nonsense. I say May 2020 because I don't think that anytime before then would have been reasonable based on what we knew at the time. It was a novel virus. Trump's gut instincts was wanting to have normality return at Easter 2020, but the momentum of the states acting to the contrary were against him. Also take note and give him credit for not trying to take extra-Constitutional powers during that time, which would have set a terrible precedent that Biden would have been able to expand on a year later.

I'm by no means saying Trump is perfect, because he is far from it. But he is simply the leader we deserve right now and the best available option, with RFK Jr a (relatively) close second.
I still have never said fired. He should have consolidated the WH response under Pence's team and controlled the narrative. He chose to allow Fauci to speak every night on national broadcast from behind the potus seal. He chose to allow others to run with their own stories and solutions. It was an absolute failure in leadership and should demonstrate why the man is not fit to lead. Not to mention his manner of speaking has devolved so much he now sounds like someone ordering from a drive thru for the first time. The distance between him and RFKjr is light years

I'm curious why you think RFK Jr is the best candidate for POTUS outside of he's not like the others? I agree with the rest of your post btw.
