But I also think you can be exactly as good a parent alternating dance competition attendance with your wife, or at least that's what I'm telling my wife in preparation for travel ball and travel dance ten years from now.

You can be a great dad by convincing them that cheer and dance kill reindeer while golf pays Santa's elves' retirement pensions.

If this was as frequent as some of the families I know that do travel ball we'd probably have to. There are a lot of dads that seem not to go, but I could not imagine that.

No foul at all, minimal contact. Initiated by defender, gainey added a little oomph, but you can't reward a giant dramatic flop like that. The stiff arm later however....
