How does everyone have a podcast and yet there’s still zero good podcasts?

I’ve tried a couple Braves ones and baseball at large, all terrible.

I have never really been a podcast guy - I would listen to some random business wars series doing yard work - but I carved out some blocks to pretty religiously listen to 5-6 weekly football betting podcasts. Was hoping to find at least one useful baseball thing to listen to but so far no luck. How is that possible?

Open to any non fantasy (fantasy sports or fictional stories) recommendations.

The Jomboy guys are inoffensive and fine but man I wish they knew anything past “baseball player X is good!” Not exactly getting any insights there.

Effectively Wild is doing their annual team preview series and it’s very good! I enjoy them and they spend 45 minutes on each team so that’s nice. I can’t listen to the rest of their show because Meg Rowley (I can’t stand quirky but not funny) is one of the more annoying humans I’ve listened too but for their team previews it’s easy to get past.

They grow up so quick, you could tell how proud Franco was of Ronald for doing that interview in English.

You could see the sense of accomplishment in both Franco and Ronald lol. Can’t imagine doing a nationally televised interview in your second language. You could tell they were sticking to simple stuff and may have even fed him the questions beforehand, but that’s huge for him to be able to do that and will help his marketability in a big way.
