Which one did you get for the PS5? And was it easy to put it in?
nextorage When I bought it, it was on sale for $111 (that was a prime day deal, I think tho) but even now this is good price for 2tb at the speed of this drive and yes the speed of your SSD matters, A LOT (2tb for 150).
Nextorage Japan is pretty much a Sony PS5 spinoff company. You can use this SSD in anything *but* it's made for the PS5 so the speeds they post for testing are console driven and might not perform as well if you were to stick it in a PC. And installation is super easy. The hardest part is getting the case panel off. Other than that you stick it in and screw 1 or 2 screws and put the panel back on. I watched a few youtube videos on how to do that and the install. I was def. proud of myself afterward bc I was a bit nervous on whether I'd be able to get it right but it really was pretty easy.
