SEC to use Trackman

SEC continues usage of TrackMan for 2024 baseball season

I don't remember us using Trackman last year but I think this is a good thing for us.

I didn’t think Tennessee used trackman, and assuming the contract hasn’t expired, it uses Yakkertech:

I didn’t think Tennessee used trackman, and assuming the contract hasn’t expired, it uses Yakkertech:

Florida is the program that doesn't use Trackman. I don't know what system they use, but it provides enough of the same information. Trackman is the doppler radar based system, Yakkertech is camera based, so they can co-exist. The camera-based stuff helps more with pitching because it's able to more accurately give spin metrics. One of the reasons MLB moved from Trackman to Hawkeye.
