Their food is really good. You look at the menu and think it's priced a little high. Then they bring out that massive biscuit and taters and you're like "ooooooo, I get it now"

Fifteen years ago, the daughter and son-in-law lived in Raleigh. They took the missus and me to a place near Chapel Hill where they fried half a chicken breast before cutting away the bone to serve it on a giant biscuit. They warned us to abstain from sides. Their warning was apropos. It was a meal unto itself.
