2024 Presidential Race

You think they just refuse to participate in the Presidential debates?

yep. No way Biden debates anyone and no way Trump debates Michelle. On the off chance Newsom is the nominee I could see Trump agreeing to a debate but still doubtful.

ATTENTION TENNESSEE

🚨🚨 RINOS IN TENNESSEE ARE TRYING TO DENY PRESIDENT TRUMP ACCESS TO THE BALLOT AND ALL ELECTORAL VOTES FROM TN🚨🚨

Anti-Trump, Republican Tennessee state Senator Frank Nicely
@SenFrankNiceley
introduced SB 2848, otherwise known as the “Tennessee Ballot Access Act”.

The bill would go into effect immediately after being signed, and it would “BAN Presidential electors from the state of Tennessee from casting a vote for any presidential or vice presidential candidate whose eligibility for office is in question or doubt at the time of the vote, and until such time as the candidate has been properly investigated and cleared of any reasonable doubt.”

The bill was introduced by a REPUBLICAN as communist secretaries of state across the country are trying to remove President Trump from the ballot.

The bill has already passed in the TN Senate on first consideration, and now it’s in House, waiting to be reviewed by the elections subcommittee. From there, the bill will go straight to a vote, which could be any day now.

Then it would go to TN Governor
@GovBillLee
to sign it into law.

Governor Lee better not sign this bill.

If you live in Tennessee, call your state Reps and your governor and tell them to kill this bill which would deny President Trump electoral votes from Tennessee.

Biden's first priorities are illegals ... first ... and Americans Last.

Did Trump prioritize illegal immigrants over veteran's too?

^^^^ Fox News ^^^^

From the article :

"The arrangement between the VA's Financial Service Center (VA-FSC) and Immigration and Custom's Enforcement (ICE) to process claims for migrant medical care is a longstanding one that actually predates the Biden administration and was outlined in a 2020 memo during former President Trump's administration."

.... but that's just Fox News carrying water for Joe Biden again, right? Just like they always do? Just curious ... Were you ever critical of the Trump administration for this? Will you ever even mention this again, now that it can't be solely pinned on the Biden administration? My guess? Probably not. This is where the Republican Party outrage will end - when it is no longer of political benefit to them.

What do the board's veterans have to say about Trump's comments over the last few days as to Haley's husband?

Personally, when he made the initial comments about him not being around for her rallies I think either he did not know the husband was on duty, or had forgotten. (Either way, it was a super idiotic thing to say since Melania has had enough of his antics and has abandoned him).

What's odd to me is that today he said her husband ought to simply leave and come back home to help her campaign. That's tone deaf, to the max, since he can't just up and leave.

The entire thing does seem to harken back to Trump's frequent miscues about honoring those in service. Seems odd to me that the GOP at large would not have a real problem with a lot of what he says on these subjects, and the insensitivity he appears to have to the hardship and sacrifice of those who serve.

Nothing would thrill me more than to see Newsom debate the gangster. He would destroy him in the same way he destroyed DeSantis.

Newsom is smart and quick-witted and would not pull punches in the way the PATHETIC group of GOP contenders--save for Christie---did for months during their campaigns, not wanting to upset the greasy, crass MAGA crowd. Newsom would be in heavy-weapon mode--and the mentally ill gangster provides an absolutely unlimited amount of ammo to hit him with.

That story about the VA will never be mentioned again .... That was faux outrage if I've ever seen it. Republicans don't care about America's veterans .... They just want to score cheap political points against Biden.

What a joke.

You are such a hack

LOL ..... A hack is someone trying to turn that VA/ICE story into a Biden scandal.

It's true .... Republicans will drop that story now that they know it can't be an effective political weapon against Biden. It was a classic case of faux outrage.

I'm not disagreeing with that point. The fact you twisted that to "republicans don't care about veterans" is what made you a hack

What Tommy Tuberville is saying is ignorant. That policy began back in 2002, when George W. Bush was President. However, click on that Fox News link. Tuberville makes it sound like Biden initiated the policy. That's either ignorance or a flat out lie.

Who started this BS?
This arrangement between the VA and ICE began in 2002, while George W. Bush, a Republican, was the President of the United States. Sen. Tommy Tuberville is trying to say that Joe Biden initiated the policy. That is an outright lie.

I haven’t paid attention to Trump/Haley but I’m sure Trump said something crass and dumb I’m also sure it’s being blown out of proportion.

Neither party has ever given a f^ck about veterans. It doesn’t matter what letter is behind the POTUS name when wars end they all have treated the veterans like red headed stepchildren.

The parties certainly aren't equal, and the individuals within those parties vary even more.

.....her research shows that congressional Democrats, more often than not, are the ones working to enhance veteran benefits.

“On a continuum of legislative behavior, we have one end populated by the dedicated workhorses who draft legislation, hammer out compromises, and get into the weeds of complicated policy questions,” Cormack writes in her book. “On the other end, there are show ponies that care more about pumping out media sound bites or trying to get the next ‘viral’ video on YouTube.”

LMAO .... O M G! What constant daily liars the Democrats are for their guy Creepy Joe.

In that case, shouldn’t he be mentally fit to stand trial? If he’s as sharp as everyone says he is, it seems to me that he’s making the case against him pretty strong.
