The SEC needs a commissioner that doesn't play favorites. Sankey needs to be kicked out on his ass.

Agree with the Sankey hate mail, but I'd take it a large step further.

Get rid of all the commishes. They are all self-serving. Short-sighted greed is what defines these modern commissioners. They are not caretakers of the game.

There's good reason big time sport leagues have a central office that equals the power of the union. So they can act for the good of the entire...nationwide...game.


These commissioners are tearing the national game apart for their own ends. Imagine if the NFL was just like "welp, the Chiefs have been persuaded to join the AFC North...the Raiders and Broncos are being courted as well...the Chargers may die off".


Of course not, that would be stupid.

I mean, hey, I said what I posted with 99% conviction.

That 1% is left for the chance we get to run things from top to bottom and are presented playoff invitations before the season even begins, like Alabama.

I'm not that tied to ethics 🤣

The idea from these commissioners is to take over the spot of the NCAA (killing the king to become the same king without all the baggage) and roll back all of NIL, regaining control over the players.

They believe SCOTUS will feel differently towards a "variety" of conferences... Just more collusion, but they'll argue each conference is in-competition...free market...all TWO of them (who are allies)!

Honestly, I'm just glad all this money has made the sport so much better.

Should go get more money and push others out, imo it would make the sport even betterest!

Hopefully one day soon we can cut out the LSUs, Floridas, Ok Sts, Washingtons, etc and just cut out the fat and keep the top 8 revenue schools each making 1 BILLION a year. Man, what a sport it would be with all that concentrated money!
