Yes, but that suggests doing nothing. Once there is a cap, go after those hard who are caught violating it. I believe that has happened in other sports (harsh penalties).

The team hasn’t gotten to 4 team playoff show-in level but Dan Lanning is creating a monster in Oregon. I see the fight for the big 10 coming down to them, OSU, and Michigan. Should be a good fight.

There were harsh penalties for paying illegally before, didn't stop it. Let the economy take care of itself.

You missed out on a lot of great music pre-1950's. Early jazz and blues. Bessie Smith, Billie Holiday, Muddy Waters, and lots of other great artists. Not to mention there were some great big band sounds, as well.

And that's all without even going even farther back to the classical masters.

Its not that i dislike that stuff, but I cant remember a time when I searched for a pre-50s song I liked and actually wanted to hear.
