It went from watching a good college basketball rivalry game to watching a Truvada commercial.I'm not saying he flirted. It's just clear in that view that he kissed Awaka, and that was point that Awaka went into crazy-eyed, even the ref won't touch him, better get the kissing fool out of here for the sake of keeping him intact, mode.
The refs really did blow that by calling two faux technicals on Tennessee to cancel the flagrant Kensucky technicals. The shove in the back (so Kensucky!) was enough. What you see there is a freeze frame of him getting in a player's grill. It was hard to see the kiss in real time. It was a deliberate offense, but his actions were enough to get T'd up without that.I'm half joking about the Kentucky player making a play/ flirting with Awaka. I don't know if that guy is gay or not, but kissing another dude on the court should be a flagrant foul, ejection, or just let the 2 go ahead and fight.
One thing's for sure..... I don't understand this world anymore
SCOTUS already spoke to that argument.‘There is no reason to upend this process, invite chaos on a moment’s notice, and transform college sports’
It seems to be an appeal to tradition. This is just how we do things so don't change it.
[Gorsuch] suggested that the association seemed to be seeking “a sort of judicially ordained immunity” from federal antitrust law merely because its restrictions involve “the intersection of higher education, sports, and money.” The NCAA, Gorsuch said, is free to make that argument to Congress...
...
But in the end, Gorsuch emphasized, the Supreme Court agreed with the 9th Circuit that although “[t]he national debate about amateurism in college sports is important,” it is not the Supreme Court’s job to resolve it. Instead, Gorsuch observed, the court’s job is to determine whether the district court properly applied principles of antitrust law to this dispute – which, Gorsuch concluded, it did.

Three years is only three minutes in NCAA timeSCOTUS already spoke to that argument.
From SCOTUS's blog describing NCAA's most recent loss on the subject:
Translation: You want the courts to give you an exclusion from Trust law. That's not our job. Go ask Congress for that, as that's the place to get it. Until you get an exclusion, we're here to apply law.
Most recent response: "We should have an exclusion from Trust law. Also... To approve this TRO so so rapidly would throw the whole thing into chaos."
(Rapidly? You've had three years.)
Can't let the bammers get another SEC title daggummitOur final 4 game stretch is brutal.
Absolutely have to take advantage of the next 3 weeks and move up the SEC standings. Need to take these next 6 seriously and sweep the leg.
During the same stretch, Alabama, currently on top of the SEC, will have to go to Auburn, UK, and Ole Miss.
Time to create some seperation.

Lmao.
Barnes is now +2 on Cal. About to be +3.
It's also been 35 months since we weren't ranked. 1 single week at the end of 2020-2021.
