I'm going on my 3rd restaurant here in Knoxville. Calhouns ended up being too slow unless you had a reservation.Texas Roadhouse was too busy. I didn't come down here to just eat at Burger King,but that happened. Oh well. Im going to see a wrestling show here and had to hurry.

Mozzarella ravioli á la bag (Rama’s family size), with a white wine sauce started with sliced Italian sausage, diced shallots, red pepper flakes, a few fresh thyme twigs, and diced garlic sautéed in olive oil, then butter and Pinot Grigio. Topped the whole mess with fresh-grated Parmesan.

Farewell, coronary arteries, it was great while it lasted.
