I'm running an absolute MASH unit right now. Wife has bronchitis, youngest son had wisdom teeth removed yesterday. And . . . just for fun . . . my 21 year old was putting a bag in the car last week and out of the blue crumbled to the ground with a dislocated knee.

My wife, my 2-year-old son, and myself caught RSV at Disney World on December 4-5. My wife is still not 100% over it, and is 5 months pregnant. Spent a night in the hospital because of it. My son and I just started to feel better within the last week or so.

Per Jim Riley on his latest Ball Cap Sports podcast, the Braves are a potential trade destination for Luis Castillo of the Seattle Mariners.

He would be a solid replacement for Max Fried who is likely gone after the 2024 season.

How much would AA have to give up for him and would the board do this trade?

I’d imagine that Seattle would want one of our cost controlled hitters for Castillo. I don’t see that happening.

Its a pretty big failure to go into next season with Elder anywhere in the rotation.
