I could see a cherry flavor in a stout. I am good on the bourbon aged stuff too. I just don't like fruit beers or overly sweet ones.

The watermelon beer is a slight note on the back end. Its a wheat forward beer.

There are German Hefeviezens like Franziskaner, or Delirium Tremens. People drink with fruit (lemon or orange) all the time.

This is one of my all time favorite beers. As I said, the stuff JC Brewing is doing is strange for this side of the Mountain. Pisgah. Red Devil. Several layers deep, complex flavors. People just assume because its fruity, its sweet. Highly acidic, organic. Complicated, each pour is different.

Man i cant wait to watch Nico take charge of this offense. Its been a long time coming.

I just watched his interview. He seemed a little more intense than Joe. Thats probably a good thing.

Joe was so light-hearted and care free. Probably made for a great teammate. But sometimes we missed intensity and passionate competitiveness. You need a QB who hates to lose. A warrior. Not sure Joe ever really showed that. Nico may be very different.

I was just thinking about McCallan Castles talking about saving that TD ball he caught from Nico, saying he thinks it will be worth a lot someday. What if Nico is just incredible?

Merry Christmas to all you numbskulls and ladies. Life is short so capture these memories in your head, not just on your phone's camera. In 2020 my family was celebrating Christmas with both my mom and dad. This Christmas, we have neither. Cherish those times with those you love. Bury those hatchets where they exist.

Having a mother that suffered and succumbed to alzheimer's disease, this commercial hit me hard. I'm not much of one to cry that often but a box of tissues later I'm composed.
