We honestly just need a dc and cb coach that doesn’t play softzone and give up 3rd and longs consistently

Bama also struggled in several games against not great competition and needed a miracle play to beat an Auburn team that got shellacked by New Mexico State.

So then you look at who has the better win, and thats UGA on a neutral field by far.

Want to hear some dumb logic? I was just told that it doesn't matter if FSU wins, UGA should be in over them because FSU's QB is hurt and UGA deserves a chance to defend their title.

If FSU wins tonight, they deserve to be in. They won their conference, who cares if the starter is hurt.

Exactly. Player injury shouldn’t be a criteria on getting or not, if that’s the case Michigan shouldn’t get in because their coach didn’t even coach for half the season

Thats not going to happen, they have their cheating systems in place. Even mediocre coaches will do good their with the talent they have.

I don't think there is anyway MI loses, so that would put MI & Wash in and leaving 2 spots. In no way is FSU anywhere close to any of the teams and would get beat badly, but if they win, you can't leave them out. So best case scenario (for committee) is FSU loses and the committee has 2 spots to fill between Tx, Ga, Al, & OSU. FSU wins, then 1 spot for those 4 teams.
I'll grab my popcorn and watch because there is about to be a lot of lobbying, begging, & whining the next 24 hours.

If Michigan and FSU take care of business tonight, the SEC isn’t getting a team in the playoff.

Texas and FSU will get the last two slots. FSU is in as an undefeated P5 conference champ. Texas won the head to head by double digits against Bama in Tuscaloosa. Even if it was in September, it’s a tiebreak that the committee will use.
