My theory is a lot of the coaches and players flocked to Deion because of his persona but in the past year realized there’s not much substance behind the flash

I think coaches believed him that he was going to be CEO style head coach and recruit/motivate. Once he demoted Sean Lewis mid season for no reason this seemed inevitable.

Decisions were so quick and emphatic.

I watched the Harvard - Yale game and the officiating was nice. Common sense calls, no wasted time, quick reviews. Refreshing. PAC 12 game last night was similar.

Both are physical and hold their lanes. Impressive. Both teams are very well coached and disciplined. Not a lot of stupid penalties over and over and over again.

Yes! I hate both of these guys as much as the rest but watching well coached teams is nice.
