I said it before. Bama and Texas are gonna have one heckuva stick swingin' contest. Both are used to writing their own rules. Should be a lot of fun to watch. Of course, the Vols being among the great unwashed will undoubtedly have yet another program to be a league whipping boy to. That makes 4 whips at the ready...bama, uga, texas and ou.That would be a nice welcome to the SEC for Texas.
I'm pretty sure I remember similar talk about UT after Hooker went down. We just gave them the out by wetting the bed vs SCjr. I've no doubt that would have been a criteria used to justify leaving us out of the playoffs. FSU will face a similar fate. Bet UL takes 'em tonight, but I wouldn't mind seeing the selection guys get stuck with that decision.I don't see anyway fsu wins and the committee will probably leave them out anyway with their qb out, so it'll probably be Texas Bama Washington Michigan if Bama wins.

Well, if I had to guess, I suspect our fans would be calling for heads to roll if Milton hadn't beat Clemson last year. They'd be complaining that our staff had the responsibility to coach the guy up and being a backup didn't matter. Yeah, I recognize the argument could be made that our staff did just that, but I'm speaking more to the hypothetical plus I know our fan base. You know I speak the truth.FSU gonna screw the pooch tonight cause their QB situation
Both are physical and hold their lanes. Impressive. Both teams are very well coached and disciplined. Not a lot of stupid penalties over and over and over again.I love seeing line of scrimmage discipline. Instead of rushing full head of steam. Both these defenses get to line of scrimmage and square up and look.![]()
