My early receiver portal want is Jamori Maclin. Jeremy Maclins cousin. Originally was at Mizzou but transferred to North Texas and is now back in the portal as a GT with two years eligibility.

I’d be willing to bet he ends back at Missouri but I’ve been watching some of his game highlights and he can play. He’d be an instant upgrade to our room.

Penn State, Kensucky, Ole Miss, Cincinatti, and Michigan State have all offered today.

i don’t consider Barry at the top bc he had over 1,100 negative rushing yards…. He also was taken out in a lot of short yardage/goalline runs…. He was the most exciting back ever though…. My personal favorite to watch was Eric Dickerson although his prime was too short.

Yeah Eric Dickerson is one I would have killed to watch play live, especially in that '84 season when he was at a different level.

I watch all the older Columbo episodes in a loop on Peacock. They have a very good similar genre with Poker Face...four episodes in. She;s not even a detective. Just solves crimes whilst running from the Mob.

That was my thought as well. One *may* be able to do something about the penalties called against one's team. One can't do anything about the penalties *not* called against one's opponents.

Absolutely.

I believe there were some stats posted ~3/4 the way through the season which showed that our current UT 2023 team was roughly on pace with the UT 2022 in terms of penalties called on them but way off on penalties called against our opponents. I wonder if anyone has updated stats for the whole season; even better if they are broke out by SEC vs OOC opponents.

At the end of the season? Napier could get fired midseason if they start really bad, Pittman too. I think Beamer will make it to season's end, at least, in part for respect of his daddy's name. Sam Pittman, wild card. . . I think they already know he's done and are using an extra season too find a new coach. . . maybe Napier to an extent as well. That could be said for all 3, really.

All 3 fired at the end of 2024? I'd say +250, if they all make it through the season. . . maybe around 30-40% chance. What do you think?

Ah, I misread. I didn't see "during". . . i'd say that brings it up to 50% chance. +100
