Hey man JG completed over 60% of his passes..what they’re not telling you is they were less than 10 yards.

Cade klubnik averaged 6.4 ypa while JG averaged 7.6 ypa.

What’s wild to me is nobody talked about how the screen passes were so ineffective this year.those same plays were gold under Hendon..the difference is joe Milton would turn to the intended receiver (starring) wait a couple of seconds then throw it allowing the defender to close in or bust up the screen..dude killed us on these plays.he had so much hesitation

That was part of the problem.

The other part was Milton's inability pose a credible threat elsewhere on the feild so teams could cheat on those screens.

Much less effective without Bru blocking. Milton rarely waited on screens.
