Practice isn't anywhere close to games, blowout action isn't close to live bullet from an SEC team flying at you.
There will be growing pains with Nico and its going to lead to a loss or two it shouldn't.

Lots of speculation that he is looking to get into politics but I saw an article where he denied this and said his daughters are all on different schedules (one in college) and he's been having a hard time with his own schedule and being there for his kids.

that’s conjecture…. This is a long time ago but i watched Heath Shuler throw a total of 4 passes including 1 of the ugliest passes i have ever. My friends and i made fun of it the entire summer The next year i was at the Georgia game when he went on the road and whipped the higher rated Bulldogs!

Tee Martin did the same opening the season against Donovan Mcnabb and Marvin Harrison…. Chances are that we will lose an early tough contest so you will be able to come back and crow about it. It won’t be bc of his limited play as a freshman.

If we are going to criticize Pope this year, it would be for dropped passes, timing, and possibly route tree decision making. Getting separation wasn't a problem. Quickly identifying separation in real time, on the other hand, was a major problem but that isn't on Pope.

Also, a friendly reminder that players play the actual game. A coach can only do so much. Pope also coached Hyatt and Tillman. We tend to assign too much credit and blame to coaches.

Pope will be back on a pedestal next season with Nico at QB. The timing and tempo of the offense will return with a QB that throws a more catchable ball.

Listen man… if you don’t know why I posted what I did originally then stop commenting back and then asking me to explain it again and again to you. It’s insanity.

It started with me saying the WRs and offense will look better when Joe is gone. Poster stated that Ainge said it was on the receivers and defended Joe. I replied with “former QB defending a QB, I am shocked.”

That’s it. Holy hell Batman.

False. It's tough but absolutely manageable far from the toughest opening we've had in years. There are very few reasons TN can't have a 0 in the L column going into the Bama game and the back half of the schedule post Bama is extreme weak. The biggest is not having the QB ready, and failure to get Nico Real reps this year is a part of that.

I've been running myself ragged working two jobs and spending what time I can making her a safe place in a run in barn I've turned into a large stall for her.

We have a vet coming at a little after 1 today to see her again and tell us if this is permanent or not........ And to make quality of life determinations for this old girl. She's approximately 34+ years old at this point. She still seems eager to eat and horses generally do deal with blindness in many cases...

In any event if you can say a little prayer for our old girl today.....

Update from vet: Cataracts have advanced to where she likely only "sees" in blurred shade of light or dark. As long as there are no other issues she should be able to have quality of life. I am going to have to fence in a small paddock for her near our house and stall we've built..... Not an expense we need right now but she needs it and we will deliver for her. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!
