It's probably somewhere in the middle. I definitely don't think all our offensive woes go away with Joe though. Other than RB, we were average to below average at every other offensive position. That's not going to change overnight (unless we portal well, then it will change overnight).

I do think Nico will be better than Joe, so that will cover some deficiencies. But Nico alone won't take us to contender status.

How much better would we have been this year if May's stayed healthy and we had Hooker & Hyatt?

I’m wondering how much of their class was really being paid for basically on credit. I think they likely spent more than they had under the assumption the hype and hopefully a few more wins would bring in more fans and more money than it did.

Its my theory until he actually gets to play meaningful snaps. Since he hid him so much this year.

They just won 10 and have an easy schedule to 10 or possibly 11 next year. Returning one of the top QB and RB in the conference by stats. Pretty easy to sell to portal players right now, you have a legit shot at the playoff next year if you go to mizzou.

They play AM away, OKL, Bama, and Aub. Arkansas may be tough too. I see two or three losses.

@LA Vol pointed out that the Knoxville media had everything they needed to do a deep dive on the officiating in the Bama game with video clips. And once all that would put into the public domain it would have been very powerful. But they of course didn't do it. Prolly running anniversary stories on some cornpone f--- up, instead.

@InVOLuntary I got the DJI Avata. So easy to fly. Really fun. I've never flown a decent drone. I tried one of those $20 Big Lots specials before, but it's nothing like this. FPV is insane. I only have the motion controller that came with it, so it maxes out at 30mph (does 60mph with the reg remote), but that seems pretty fast when you're a few feet off the ground.

Can fly for about 15mins, which doesn't seem very long, but it actually is when you're flying fpv. Still, need another battery or two.

I've only gone up 200' so far (not supposed to go over 400' here, I think), but it's crazy how good the view is from that height. I'm in the Seymour/South Knox area and can see past Bluff Mtn and all the way to Maryville. I may try to see the sunsphere today, if the wind slows down, . I wonder if you can use the goggles with the Mavic? I know they work on a few other DJI drones.

He should play. It has been his team this season and it's this team's bowl game. They've earned to play in whichever bowl they go to.

Bama and OKL are the tough ones. Arky didn't even make a bowl this year. A&M is about on their level. Oklahoma won't be as good without Gabriel. Auburn was bad this year.

It's not that big of a sell job. Other than UGA Bama Texas, they have as good a story for 10 wins next year as anyone in the SEC.

Why hasn’t anyone else scooped them up? i’m assuming if they are two of the best wrs in the country that multiple schools are fighting over them right now.

Cuz you can’t even CONTACT THEM until Dec 4? I know the REALISTS are going to wax on and on about how you do it, but LOCKING THEM UP generally requires a VISIT.
