He took them to pretty amazing heights on the field. Most haven't forgotten that.

If they are undefeated, then they displace a potential run by bama. Also can keep one of a 1 loss bama or uga out.

The fans love him. Which is why this doesn't make a ton of sense from Pittman's perspective.

Dunno if you were around this board back then but people constantly dogged AJ for being too slow and racking up drag tackles 5-6 yards down the field rather than coming downhill to hit guys.

But then, we have some here who dog just about every player we have.
