He made it to state in hurdles…. He tested good at speed and agility at other events. He plays slower than he can run bc he is learning the position… He is out of position and a step behind right now.

This didn't take much time to research. Opponents penalties can be misleading based on the schedules they play. These are conference stats alone. Georgia was the least penalized team in the SEC.

We have a real problem if Herring is still in the two deep next year. If Carter, Telander, and Smtih aren’t ready, then you have to take another portal LB and BJM needs to step up his evaluations.

It's not about him being out of position.
When he loses guys he can't catch them they run away from him. He's not an SEC caliber player, he's here so we could get his brother.

One more thing on penalties. There are conference top performers that were penalized a lot. Washington is most penalized in the PAC. Oregon is also. Florida State is called for a lot of penalties. This reminds me of what someone said earlier this year. The officials are out of shape and trying to slow down fast offenses. They cannot keep up and start throwing the flag on fast teams. Explains why Ole Miss was second most penalized in the SEC. Oklahoma is most penalized in the Big 12.

If you've followed football since the 90s then you'll know the Swamp is arguably the toughest place to play in SEC. We best then last year, its a rivalry game. there's a reason we haven't won there since 2003, i know i was there.

So much about winning is QB play. And he didnt play well. Hope Nico will live up to the Heup.

Don't compare 90's florida against florida this year. Not even remotely close to the same program. Don't get butt hurt because i have expectations. its ok to say there were some disappointing moments this year and red flags that need to be fixed. It's also ok to think Huepel has potential to get us there and think overall football is much more fun to watch than it has been.

Hasn’t he been here two years? I know MLB has learning curves, but looking completely lost in two years is not a good sign. Mistakes happen, but he doesn’t do much on the field.
