FSU deserves to be ranked above Bama, if they can pull out a win by one point like Bama did.

Ohioh deserves to stay ranked above Bama, with the same record.

I would like to see Bama fall, but I guess there is no one to jump them; so Bama can be gifted by Auburn's ineptitude to stay at 8th.

I’m actually surprised by this because I thought Stoops had the second best contract in all of CFB (behind Jimbo’s). Doesn’t he get an extension and raise every year he wins 7 games, or something ridiculous like that?

I lived in a really crappy small county about 40 miles outside of Gainesville for a bit and did everything needed to get the hell out of there. I didn't want my kids growing up thinking that it was normal for people to be drug addicts, drug dealers, prostitutes, thieves, etc.

Not everyone there was like that but a huge percentage of the non-retirees were and a lot of the retirees either got taken advantage of or took advantage of all the young females with drug problems. Lots of socioeconomic reasons to blame for how widespread the problems are there but people also need to have a certain level of self respect and accountability to refuse to live that way no matter how difficult it is to make it.

Also, more and more people in their 40's and 50's don't look anywhere close to it. I might a lot of people that I'm shocked when I find out their age compared to how young they look. A good portion of people in FL tend to spend more time taking care of the way they look than other states I've lived in.

I'm an average looking guy but get flirted with by women 15-20 years younger than me fairly often. I have a good job, I'm personable and respectful (have to be in my line of sales/service) and look very young for my age. I refuse to fully shave because I can't stand how baby faced it makes me look, though I do trim most of the gray hairs out of my beard and the one's on my head are harder to notice..

Yes he does. Every win over 7, every bowl, every win over Lou, on and on. He had the best contract in sports.

But he has correctly calculated that the well will dry up once the league moves to 9 games and he loses a cupcake. Furthermore, UK NIL isn't gonna keep up to give him the guys he needs.


I personally think Stoops can win 10+ games at A&M with a good OC. He did well recruiting and developing their lines. With better talent he could do more.

Even if he doesn't he is gonna go out as a king. He picked the right time to cash out, and found a better landing spot.
