How does 2 years 68 million sound, Sho?
-Alex Anthrofpoilnos
Alex will never do it and I don’t think Liberty would sign off on it, unfortunatelyJim Riley of Ball Cap Sports has a whole video on his You Tube channel about Ohtani being very intrigued to play for the Braves and how it can be done.......
1. Morton and TDA's contracts come off the books in 2024.
2. Trade Osuna.
3. Ohtani takes Fried's spot in the rotation.
4. Sign another SP.
The Braves have the finances to sign Shohei Ohtani and this would definitely label them as the World Series favorites.

5 for 75 isnt even close.Braves are no longer under Liberty's umbrella and they are now like the Green Bay Packers in that they control all of their own finances.
If Ohtani is really as intrigued as he says that he is, if I am Alex, I would offer him a 5 year $75 million dollar deal at the high end and a 2 year $55 million dollar deal at the low end and go from there.
How dumb is it that the Orioles and Diamondbacks get an extra 1st round pick and slot money for having rookie of the years, but the Braves didn’t last year because Michael Harris wasn’t rated high enough on subjective prospect lists preseason? Like that is so ****ing dumb
Wait this is real????All time stupid rule
