Civil cases do not make a person a criminal. even if found "guilty"/liable. none of the cases mentioned were criminal trials, ergo he isn't a criminal. I believe multiple of the pending trials are criminal, but unfortunately for you everyone in this nation is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.Biden is "likely a criminal"? I think it's likely that you're not very astute--even though I don't know you beyond this silly post of yours. Is he "likely" a criminal like there was "likely" vote fraud--except that there wasn't? Trump IS a criminal--he's been found guilty of slander in a trial and judged to have raped a woman. He's paid large settlements to end class-action fraud cases against him. He's facing FOUR trials right now.
Biden has never been charged or indicted for anything, so much of what the political right thinks of him is "likely" based on their general antipathy toward Democrats and, beyond that, has absolutely no basis in fact. Nothing is farther away from the truth than the moronic imaginations of MAGA.

He's been on the wrong end of a plethora of civil cases. More so than any real successful, international businessman. There's been quite a few with his real estate ventures, but almost all of his start-ups have failed. But he's been on the winning side of more.
Mental Midgetry commentary here. Being sued for defrauding on millions of dollars is atypical of your immature example hereTo show you how easy it is to sue someone in a civil case and win, I got a small check from a class action lawsuit against a student loan lender and I didn't submit anything to be rewarded. If you sneeze, they can claim the snot will create a booger and win the case. Most of the time it's money grab, ambulance chasers like Ben Crump.

He's a lawbreaker--always has been. A vile human being. A mobster. A liar. A con man. A pathological narcissist. An un-American seditionist. The judge said in the defamation case that he indeed "raped" Jean Carroll. He's been accused of sexual assault by numerous women--and has bragged about sexual assault on tape. He's been sued something like 200 times because he doesn't like paying people what he owes them--even has he's always bragged about how rich he is. Great businessman? He's declared bankruptcy four times and stop building things 25 years ago--the banks wouldn't deal with him anymore. He's a lowlife and a loser--fact.
Biden's great achievement "Bidenomics" is making everyone happy as hell now days.
Biden is also likely a criminal. I agree with you that Republicans are best served to move on from Trump...but if it comes down to two very flawed candidates, we're left to evaluate their policies and that means advantage: Trump
One thing we know for sure is democrat policies don't work and they are running America into the ground.
