here are some updated pics of sophie. the last pic was from friday when i first got her home from the vet after she had "female" surgery. notice she looks like she's on crack

She's not a full Boxer like Vader's (1/2 Boxer, 1/2 Jack Russell), but her name is also Leia.

We're thinking of having a gene test done to be sure to know what kind of potential issues she might have genetically. I think they're ~$50. She certainly conducts herself like a boxer (she actually tried to box with out cat... he did not appreciate it).

We were looking for a pure-bred Boxer when we stumbled across this one. We couldn't pass her up.

I found this little fellow in the church parking lot, sitting beside a rock wall. Someone had abandoned him. He was so small, he would fit in one of my hands. It was raining that day. I heard him crying and went to check it out. When I got close to him, he growled at me. He was soaking wet and so weak he could barely walk, but he was ready to brawl with me. I adopted him right then.

Man, I joined up here to talk about that great win over SC this past Saturday, and got sucked into surfing the pet thread. Great pics everyone. This is Lula. We had to have her put down in August due to cancer. She was almost 14. Miss her every day.

To be honest I was going to ask if she put a broomstick up her booty and mopped the floor but I thought that might be a tad insensitive... :p
