The Culinary Arts Thread

Got something I've never done, and gonna try. I've been getting grill mate seasoning that makes a marinade for chicken. Grabbed some more at Ingles, and saw one for Brazilian steak. Went back to the meat department, and a friend of mine works there. I asked him what I should get to use, and he said London broil. Never done it, but I'm going to try soon.
