Nobody wants to say it because it sounds like excuse making or even worse, but the fact is AP was fired up and was playing with everything they had. They were better than anyone thought they'd be and we weren't as good as anyone thought we'd be, on that particular day.

Yeah, they played a little dirty and the refs sucked, but they gave it their all and we didn't.

That was my assessment at the game
They were on the dirty side as part of the plan to knock Tennessee out of its rhythm imo. It started in pregame when the Pees were jawing at the fans

I agree completely. I also think if we had any of our past coaches, we’d fold and lose. I think if the players only meeting did happen it’s a sign of good leadership on the players side.

Yeah, players only meetings are a good sign of leadership, but do they produce any short-term results? Who knows. Something for us to talk about I guess.

But the important question is, was Nico at the meeting???
