Greed. As long as fans continue to support neutral site games, they'll keep popping up on the schedule.
This one mught be the one that breaks the bank. Still a ton of tickets on sale, and not just the aftermarket. All the blues are unsold tickets. All the reds are people who are about to lose a lot of money trying to be cute and make an extra buck.

Don't mind neutral sites as long as we're visiting. Playing the Barn or Bama in Birmingham or Ole Miss and Miss St in Memphis. The SEC double header games in The Vet in Jackson were good trips and fun for the fans

Agreed. Take a lot of money out of Knoxville. Would rather have those millions here

nobody wanting to pay 200+ or 250+ for lower level seats or club level. Some are upwards of 300. Absolutely ridiculous, and pricing alot of fans out these days

Especially with inflation Realistically at 30% and 50%+ on Food -Fuel. Russet Potatoes were $5 for 10LB in 2020. They are Double that now, and Restaurants pass that on. Fans can cook out at home and watch it for free. Selections have consequences.

We had no choice for a home game. This game is in lieu of the BYU away game so it was never going to be in Neyland. UVA would not agree for a one-off in Knoxville so the next best thing is Neyland West in Nashville. Personally, I am looking forward to winning a damn game in Nashville. The stadium is just fine and the concessions are better than Neyland. It also allows the Vols to spend some quality time in front ot Middle Tennessee prospects.

Concessions are not better now that Neyland has PAL'S
