just a quick question, would a grey jersey count as an away or a home. Im wondering cause white is away, yet black is home, so what would grey be?

The black is my pick!!! It would be nice to change our uniforms up a little bit- Just my opinion. Black jersey's, white pants with orange strip outlined in black and our helments. that would look real good!!!

The black looks awesome and would be great at home maybe once every 2-3 years. I wish we would wear orange pants more.

Sort of reminds me of Jerry Faust changing the Notre Dame uniforms in the '70's to create more youth appeal. The ND uniforms looked like a high school team and subsequently played like one.

Same for Orange and Black, great high school colors but looks cheap on the collegiate level. (See Oregon State and Oklahoma State.)

If we wanted gimmicks then we should have stuck with the Clawfence for another year.

Good coaches know that you win games with blocking and tackling better than your opponent. I just hope that Kiffin is concentrating on the abilities of is opponents and leaving the gimmicks for the great "wannabe" programs like Georgia.

if that is by the athletic department, they seriously need to re-think the color schemes. all of those look like nike creations. and thats a bad thing.

Unless I've missed something, these were photoshopped by a poster on TOS. Pretty sure they're not from the AD.

I think orange jersey with white pants(2 orange stripes),
and white with orange pants(2 stripes), these uniforms with helmets that are inverse or reverse of what we have now would be sweet. can anyone show what these would look like?

I've always been about tradition and sticking with the Orange & White. With that being said, there's something intriguing about any combination of grey. I'm surprised this hasn't been thought about until now, but I like it!

Alot of talk on top of the page about being overey superstitumus, But everytime I see the orange on orange, I know Tennessee is about to lose a game that they shouldn't.

Sorry but I think the grey uniforms, both jersey and pants, look pretty stupid. They just don't look good at all. They actually make the black look decent.

that is some nice photoshop work for sure... i'm actually digging the gray/silver looking uni's... the black was cool, but the gray worked it out better in my opinion...

I agree. Grey/Silver pants are kind of lame IMO. Unless you're Ole Miss. Black jersey or bust, no other colors.

I wouldn't mind black pants with the orange jersey or a black jersey with white pants, but anything else seems silly. And our helmet wouldn't look good with a black jersey I think.
