There's no speculation--it's very clear that the gangster broke laws. He thinks he's above the law--he's demonstrated that many times. He was convicted of sexual abuse and judged to have "raped" Jean Carroll. Can you imagine how the rubes would have reacted if a group of angry blacks attacked the U.S. Capitol and got police officers killed? Raging redneck hypocrisy...proved.

I think he is guilty, but understand he is presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law.

Kind of like OJ. I actually think he is probably guilty....BUT.

It's funny how there are a few of us who attempt to talk logically to people who believe in QANON and every other wacky, laughably conspiracy that gets tossed out by the political right. Luther's list included poor wording to a GA official, knowingly lying about election results and teaching his press secretary how to lie - which of those is a criminal offense?

by they way, he wasn't convicted in the Jean Carroll case - he was found liable. not a criminal conviction

That might be the most lucid thing you’ve posted. This whole thing, ever since Trump announced he was running, has been so over the top that it’s not hard to start believing it’s all for show. He benefits, Dems benefit and Reps like McConnell are really part of the machine anyway so as long as they get to keep power they’re good. I could absolutely see it.

I would vote for Biden over Trump in most every circumstance unless there was a viable 3rd parth candidate.

I think as of now, Trump is just as innocent as OJ because neither have been proven guilty
