He couldn’t care less about governing at this point if he ever did. He’s eaten up by his narcissism how dare them take his office from him. I voted for him in 2020 based on the results up till Mar 2020 at least. Right now I can’t see a scenario where I’d vote for him again.

I don't know what will happen or pretend to. I haven't read the indictment, I don't know what it's alleging and how the acts he undertook would violate whatever laws he allegedly broke. I just figured you might have a little more insight. I do think appellate courts are limited in what they do and don't review. @RockyTop85 might have some information on that.

No idea about the merits of the case.
Appeals courts can review about anything but it has to get to them first, and it’s better if it fits into a previously identified error and if you can show a resulting harm.
