President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

🤣 at EL trying to pass off rotten fish as filet mignon. Absolutely wrecked.

Next up: “Homeless shelter occupancy rate at 20 year high. Thanks Dark Brandon!”

Leftist

Record high illegal immigration under Biden= “That just proves America is thriving under Joe. People want to come here”

Homeless shelter occupation higher than ever= “That just proves Joe is caring and taking care of the needy”

Drug use, Depression, Anxiety, Violent crimes are at an all time high= “Joe cured cancer!!! I heard him announce it the other day. Suck it Maga!”

Really? So naivete you are.

Is an apartment the American dream now? I guess so considering record high inflation in home prices and skyrocketing interest. The American dream is now more of a pipe dream. The starter home isn't starter price anymore.

Obama’s old lady rolled out that school lunch program that all the fat kids really hated.
What she should have done was have a program similar to cash for clunkers. It would have been called 'bikes for video games'. That would have done more to reduce the lard ass epidemic than non fat mayonaise.

nope. Car manufacturing plants. But they are autonomous.
What law was passed to let that happen?
They'd have to be under local, state, and federal jurisdiction for criminal law, civil suits, labor regulations, etc.

I'm sure there are some unwritten local political understandings, prob would have been a better way to put it. Hyundai didn't fare well with the child labor violations down there with two of their suppliers, which are Alabama subsidiaries of Korean suppliers. Those type things will get handled. Our company has installed several jobs there on the campus and our PM's say the fire and police don't come around unless they "have permission" and that you are considered by them on Korean soil if you are at the facility.

Sounds like they're generous with their donations.

If you buy a house early on and aren't forced to move, you pretty much protect yourself against inflation. Rents can and are raised, and the renter has the choice of going along or just moving elsewhere and playing the same game. A huge increase in residential rentals says the economy is in far worse condition and people are far less secure than we would want. Face it, we are a nation living beyond our means and on the edge of bankruptcy, and I'm not talking about the government. You may be fine; I don't have worries, but that doesn't seem true of most of the country.

There's certainly something to be said for having new things vs having lived in the same house for a long time, but there's also something to be said for having savings and assets when things go wrong. I guess it's a matter of priorities, and some of us choose safe. I have one son who owns his house (actually the younger one), and one who lives in a rented condo. I'm not worried about the younger son with mortgage payments increasing and chewing up his income, but I am definitely concerned about his older brother and escalating living costs. We're in a position to help if necessary, but we aren't exactly a bottomless bank either.

If he threatens your European cruises then I will know it's serious.

We’re paying billions in taxes for federal offices that are sitting mostly empty

"As Kartch notes, the report found that all 24 federal agencies’ headquarters are “vastly underutilized” with most headquarters under 25% capacity and several below 10% capacity.

That’s right: Many federal offices are 75% or even 90% empty. These include the Department of Agriculture, Department of Education, Department of Transportation, Small Business Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, and more cabinet-level agencies."

Let's turn these into housing.
