I too blame congress, for over a century congress has passed laws increasing the size, scope and power of the federal government and then ceded much of it to the executive so they didn't have to take a stand and risk losing reelection.

The person sitting in the oval office shouldn't matter to the average American, they should have little to no impact on our daily lives and this dysfunction will never stop until the federal government doesn't matter to the work-a-day American.

Believe what you want to believe. Keep telling yourself what you feel comfortable with going forward. I hate it for you and more so for America. The bottom line as I stated months ago, the Democrats are going to pursue this until Trump is done, dead in the water.

They are not going to stop until he is finished. Call it a lynching, a mob, a witch hunt or justice. Call it whatever you want. They are not going to let up and if you believe that the indictment of 16 Michigan Fake Electors is meaningless, then watch and learn. Georgia will soon indict as well as several others. My assumption is that someone is singing like a jailhouse bird.

They will indict Trump several times and until he is done before the election and nail him one way or the other. I hate it for America as I stated months ago, the Democrats are not going to let this go until he is finished. Dominos are going to keep falling and we have no idea yet as to the evidence built case by case.

The WhatAboutism applies both ways and if anybody on the Democrats side had done this I would have said the same thing. So believe what you want to at this moment because you can cry until you are blue in the face. The DOJ spread this out over several States (Venues) to ensure he would not slip through the cracks. Different Judges, Different Demographics. It makes no difference what Cannon does in her ruling because it will be batter up in the next venue. An Appeal to a timeline ruling will be forthcoming for the District Court. Her reputation will be on the line but that is just 1 of 6 potential indictments.

Hang your hat and bet your mortgage on Trump winning all the sweepstakes if you believe that to be true. I have a feeling the residual affect of this is going to be bad as well.

Will there be riots, sure there will be if Biden wins or Trump wins. The Democrats are spoiled and there will be mass chaos. Same goes for the cult lead Trump team. Only way to avoid a riot is if a 3rd party Candidate wins.

All Trump had to do was keep his mouth shut and quit whining. He didn't so here we go.

I said back in 2016 when the Trumpism fiasco brought me to the PF that the election of Trump would have negative reverberations for years.
He should have never been nominated.
Once he was nominated, he should have never been elected.
Once he was elected, every effort should have been made to remove him (from both sides)
Once he was allowed to complete his term, he should have been rejected by the repub. party.
If he wins the republican nomination..........nothing more need be said about the state of the repub party.
The longer Trump remains influential, the more the country will be irrevocably harmed.

So before he did anything illegal both sides should have worked to remove him? That's a pretty disgusting thought.

News tonight is that Trump called McCarthy and others demanding to know how they will defend him if he is indicted again.

The unmitigated gall of this man is staggering.

It was a rhetorical question that misses the point. Big business attracts all sorts of bad attention, misunderstandings, unfulfilled work, labor disputes. Hence $750M in fines, a lawsuit settled for $20M for discrimination against people of color, etc

Said it before,, will say it again, you're finally seeing a top of the pyramid criminal prosecutor. All the T's will be crossed, all the i's dotted by the time this goes to trial and he will maneuver it into the DC federal courts.

Anyone noticing the almost total lack of leaks coming from Smith's team? No one really knows who has decided to testify, there was speculation yesterday that Rudy has turned, but that was more about the fact he hasn't received the target letter.

Also notice the lack of response from Smith to all of Trump's bluff and bluster. Crickets. Just keeps doing his job.

If you guys would quit screaming about imaginary crap, you'd be able to see how it's supposed to be done. Hope Durham is taking notes.
