Man, I wish we’d have some rain. I can’t plan anything outdoors with any confidence due to predictions, but real rain never comes.
Instead, I’m out reading on the deck, and big raindrops start to plop down, and I move the fan, put the cushions away, grab my book, drink, and phone, and go inside, and 90 seconds later, it’s done.
Rain or don’t rain, whichever, but stop flirting!!
was your vehicle damaged by the hail ?Got caught in a hailstorm, scampering from Ingles to my car in a phenomenal downburst. (marble-sized hail, which was plenty big; trying to keep it real)
Then driving back on Smokey Park Hwy/ Patton Ave (US 74, for those in the know), it was emergency blinkers on (and automatic headlights), wipers on high, defogger on full blast, still couldn’t really see; everyone driving in left lane only both directions b/c right lanes were underwater; whenever the roadbed dipped, we went through single file at 10 mph throwing up giant rooster tails; the car is now really clean!
Summer in the south!
PS: people who drive silver/ light grey cars in torrential downpours, and no headlights on; smh, y’all.
“C’mon, hit me, I dare ya!”
