He's won few cases and has had several overturned on appeal. That is just the facts, I have no idea if he's a reputable attorney or not. Since he's mostly worked in government my first guess is no, he's not a reputable attorney but that would just be my uninformed opinion. He may be a great attorney with just a so-so to poor trial record.

Campaign finance fraud seems more constitutionally viable than anything related to January 6 and Trump seems more likely to be the lone target of that than any of the fake elector stuff, which seems like it would involve a lot of co-defendants.

Because, although we all know (including most intelligent dems) that none of what we have seen will ever survive an appeal if they get a conviction - they dont care. They are just using the legal process to win the election. I mean, for Maoists at heart, it is almost kind of beautiful in the raw power flex. They have succeeded so much further than any of them dreamed when the radicals began this demonically inspired crusade.

Prison maybe, house arrest maybe, guilty yes. Removed from some ballots could happen...There are so many things that could happen to him it is like a smorgasbord. Elected as President odds decrease every day he opens his mouth.
