I still think that, if it’s punitively high, the university might consider legal action. From who I talked to earlier this year, the fine seemed to be what they were all pissed about to begin with.

I had a hard time believing that at the time; but if it’s anywhere near $10 million, I guess it makes sense.

Not how the math works. If they say they are taking 25 scholarships, you subtract the 18 we’ve already taken. So it would be 7.
