Why go to London just to talk more BS "climate finance" among themselves. Can't they have a "zoom" meeting set up like normal people would & save the planet by not flying all over God's green earth & spew toxic pollutants into the air we breath? The hypocrisy in saying one thing and then doing another. I guess the policy evolved.

On another note I read an article some time ago (might have been in The Drive) that claimed Ukraine was more interested in the bomblets than in the cluster bombs. The concept was the bomblets would be the ideal thing for the drones to drop; I haven't seen the story again, and I don't know how accurate the reporting was. Dropping individual bomblets by drone would seem to male the application less prone to failure since each would be dropped under the reasonably good conditions that favor detonation.
