The point is there is not a "two tiered" system. I would bet a krugerrand that Donnie could get no jail time and reduced charges just like Hunter Biden did.

The DOJ tax web page has details of hundreds of tax cheats going to jail for 1 7203 violation. You don't see "probation" as a punishment in any of those.

NBC ran a story yesterday. It was pro-Hunter.

No tax law experts quoted. But they did quote a couple former DOJ’s that said Hunter had been treated “harshly”.

If Donny is proven guilty in the court of law then throw his a$$ in jail.

Hunter Biden has been proven guilty and is out walking the streets while others who have committed the same crimes are in a prison cell.

I’m surprised that all the libs who despise “rich white privilege” are defending Hunter Biden.

I see disparate treatment, or at least impact here.

Aren’t there usually lamentations over “same history, same crime, different outcomes”?

Especially when the wildly divergent outcomes break down along lines of Race and/or Wealth?

I coulda sworn I’ve seen that. Maybe not.

Remind me again who it was that was doing a porn star while his third wife was six months pregnant and then paid hush money to keep her quiet so that it wouldn’t become a campaign issue? Who was it again that bragged publicly about being able to grab any woman he wants by her nether region? Who has made a living for decades out of bilking contractors and banks? Who was it that mocked a disabled person during a speech? Who recently lost a civil suit for assaulting a woman? My memory fails me in my old age. Who was that again?

He who lives in glass houses…… Yeah, the Bidens certainly ain’t clean but Trump is most certainly not the kind of person I want leading my country. The epitome of “morally bankrupt”.

But to say Biden was "far worse", please elaborate. Did Biden give the doc's back when requested? Did he scheme, obstruct and lie to NARA, the DOJ and the FBI? Did he share classified war footing intel with a reporter?

There's gray area with a former president. They have been allowed to take classified material which can be subsequently be declassified for their library. Senators have no such privilege. Bidens hoarding of classified material in his garage is a criminal act it doesn't matter if he gave it back or not. And he did it for years. There is no one on earth that can say Biden's garage is anywhere in the same galaxy of security as Mar a Lago. That's just a stupid hill to plant a flag on. And Biden doesn't have to scheme. He has the .gov and the media providing cover.

I get it, you give him a pass because you hate Trump, but damn man use some common sense. Hillary's email server set the bar. Democrats are untouchable.
