Laughing about a two tier justice system speaks to ones character more than others frustration. The DOJ has worked to sweep this under the rug right before our eyes. Who is worthy of prosecution and who is not in the eyes of the US justice system should make us all nervous when we see the corruption at the highest levels. I guess if you're on the left you feel better about your chances so you snicker at others. It normally doesn't work out like you think it will.

The truth is you guys were going to whine about any punishment that Hunter got. The US attorney that prosecuted Hunter was a Trump appointee, chew on that.

You guys want to blame the DOJ but whistle past the grave yard about dumb donny lying to the feds about having classified documents, scheming and obstructing about the return and crickets when audio recordings show donny bragging about and SHOWING war plans to a fuqing reporter. If any dem had done this your head would have LITERALLY exploded. But no, none of that matters - it's the DOJ's fault.

The Biden's are morally bankrupt. Not only have they broken the law, but Hunter fathered a child that he was not paying child support on. He was a dead beat dad. His family aided and abetted him. They denied the child and did not treat her like the others. That is despicable even if the father is a dead beat. The laptop has been authenticated and it is known to have underage girls on it.

Blaming the DOJ is from the optics of a 2-tiered justice system. Can you see this optics as well based on the result of the hunter punishment?

The trump stuff will be in a court to decide his guilt or innocence.

I don’t think it was a politically motivated witch hunt, but don’t have a good frame of reference for tax crimes and falsified gun applications to know whether he got a sweetheart deal.

It’s non-violent so jail time seems excessive, his problems have been made sufficiently public that the notoriety of a felony conviction adds little, prohibiting gun ownership for a crack head with poor impulse control seems like a valid reason to stick with a felony.

Pleading down charges for the sitting president’s son looks slimy.

Yeah, I agree - the whole Biden clan is dogsh*t - but that's not a defense for donny.

When you reconcile this, you'll have taken the first step on the path towards acceptance.

Ya'll out here acting like this is something new.

Had donny co-operated and not publicly challenged the DOJ to a knife fight in a phone booth, he'd have gotten a slap on the wrist too.

The cover up is always worse than the crime.

It is a two tiered system, Ray Charles. Forget Trump if you can and look at how many high profile blacks have gone to prison for what Hunter did.

He can offer a plea if he wishes. I would bet he can get a deal with no jail time.

That's the difference here - you are looking at this through partisan glasses.

I hate them all and want them all to burn.

But to say Biden was "far worse", please elaborate. Did Biden give the doc's back when requested? Did he scheme, obstruct and lie to NARA, the DOJ and the FBI? Did he share classified war footing intel with a reporter?

If he did, then I'm wrong and they are absolutely the same thing.
