Obviously never played catcher. He stays low enough to stop a scooter and it bounces, it goes over his head or in his face. 57 foot curve is tough to catch.

Played enough to know that's a play he's expected to make (looked like a breaking ball btw). Still the pitcher's fault but you could tell by his expression that he knew he could have kept it in front on him.
Little plays like that is why they are eliminated and we are still playing. Stark kept a couple of swinging third strikes in the dirt in front of him late. A couple of those that Stark kept in front of him were much more difficult plays.
