How did he mis-handle? Stored it in a box in his garage? Where's that indictment? When they indict Biden, Clinton, or Obama, then I will seriously consider anything Trump supposedly did.

That's a dodge. The conclusion with Hillary was that no reasonable prosecutor would have sought an indictment. Despite this, probably you (and many others on here) said that her actions around her emails were disqualifying. Trump has now been indicted for his handling of classified info. So there clearly was sufficient evidence there to obtain an indictment. My question is, if what Hillary did was disqualifying for her, why is it not disqualifying for Trump? It's perfectly fine to say "I'm a Trump leg-humper and I just don't care about principles," but just be honest about it (although I guess honesty is a principle and that response assumes you don't care about principles).

I think Biden stays in the running all the way through the primaries so as not to risk any serious division within the party. Before the general, they will announce that 1) Biden isn’t running and 2) Kamala will be moving into a different role in the Dem administration. That will give them a clean slate.

My prediction is that Newsome will lead the ticket with Michelle Obama as his VP.

I actually think the opposite. I’ve been saying for a while that, were I a Democrat, I would want Trump to be the Republican nominee because that would guarantee four more years of a Democrat president.

I think what is happening is that the media and their Democrat colleagues are playing their cards in such a way that keeps Trump’s supporters energized / ticked off.

Trump’s base isn’t big enough to win a general election, but it’s big enough for him to become the nominee if too many Republicans throw their name in the race which is exactly what’s happening.

Will be wild, if true. Not sure Newsom can carry middle America. He’s too progressive.

I think that's the play for sure right now....1 thing I think the Dems might under estimate is that if they indict the crap out Trump and end up with nothing sticking...they make him out better then before regardless of his mouth..cuz there would be a guy that took on the swamp...took all there punches ad is still fighting. And Americans love an underdog

Michelle Obama is not going to run as Gavin's lackey. She's a bigger "star" than him and has far larger support than him. If she runs it will be at the top of the ticket.

Logically that makes sense, but logic would have told the Dems to not pick Kamala as VP in the first place. I’m not counting on them having all their marbles together. Neither side of the aisle does.

Indict Obama? For what? Indict Biden? For what? Indict Clinton? For What? Barr could have indicted Clinton if there was anything there--there wasn't.

Stop living in "what aboutism" fantasy land. People who respond to the gangster's deep-rooted corruption and lawbreaking by trying

He wasn't supposed to have the documents, he lied about having them, he obstructed numerous attempts by the government over a long period of time to get back the documents---which is the gangster believing that laws don't apply to him. Had he cooperated from the start and returned the documents, he wouldn't have been indicted--simple as that. So the government was right to indict him for breaking laws.
